    It's a fair long story. I'm a first time customer order 3 sets of 8x10 photos from them.

    * if you choose pick up, do not trust the email dispatched saying the photos are ready for pick up. The photos didn't actually arrive till a week after that email
    * You have wait for them phone before going to the store. Or else it's a waste of time
    * picking up was a mess. The employee didn't carefully look for my 3rd set and said it's not here
    * the order # wasn't important when I pick up. They go back lastname then firstname only. Which they are having a great deal to find probably because the packages are here and there.
    * my 3rd set wasn't indicated paid when i pick up the package. It was my 3rd attempt to pick up and they sent me back home to bring them a "prove" that I paid.
    * the 4th time I'm going will be my last time dealing with them.

    Quick and easy service. I upload pictures online, print them and pick them up in store; simple and convenient. For the most part, the quality of the photos are good. However with my last order, a lot of pictures had a dirty brown line going through the picture. :/ It's very noticeable and was probably poor handling on the store's part. Better luck next time? Oh and what's up with matte photos taking longer than glossy photos? Lul.

    I recently developed 300+ prints through Photolab. At the time they had a promotion for
    a) 15 cent prints if you order more than 100 4x6s
    b) 50 free free prints for registering on the site
    c) a free mini digital camera when you spend over $20 (I think the value of the camera was about $7)

    The website was great, but I wish it was easier to center photos and update changes when working with a large order.

    Also in the final cart window, it would be helpful if photos were shown in order of them being added to the cart (especially for large orders).

  • Use Costco instead!

    I ordered some prints online here, and they sent the order to be completed and shipped out of Ontario, which took almost 3 weeks! Apparently this is because I ordered a matte finish - if I had ordered glossy, it would have been completed at my nearest Superstore. Regardless, the prints were cropped funny and the colour wasn't great. I had them redone through costco.ca, got them the next day and they looked much better - and were 2 cents/print less!
