Here are some easy-to-implement tips to improve your energy levels throughout the day:
- Increase your water intake, the best and most undervalued source of energy. The ideal amount is half your body weight in ounces of water daily.
- Take breaks every 90 to 120 minutes. They can be as short as five minutes, but the key is to completely disconnect.
