Default Perfume...

I have worn the same scent since 1995 and am down to may last 1/4 oz

It's been discontinued, and I am thinking of going back to the scent before I made Tiffany Trueste my signature. It was a classic Chanel No5.

Any suggestions for something similar but newer? I have to admit, I am hesitant, just because even my kids say they know me by Trueste.

I did like the Hollister one (walked by a store and liked the smell), but what else is similar to Chanel No 5?

Thanks

I'm not a big fan of Chanel No.5 but I love the Dior J'adore!! It's so neat..I went through 2 bottles of 100ml in 3 years!!!....I usually get the eau de perfume...more pure..

another one I llove...Davidoff Echo

One that I could relate to Chanel No.5 is probably Dior Addict. If you prefer something more fruity, Dior Addict 2 or Addict Shine (I"m addicted to Dior )

My next scent will be from Jo Malone. They are pricey but so, so worth it.

I highly recommend the Banana Republic women's perfume line, there's something in there for everyone and they're less expensive than some of the other brands out there!

Whenever I walk by Hollister I have to stop and sniff..lol

I just think it's a little young for me.

I ended up back to a classis....Rive Gauche, even hubby likes it!

Thanks for the ideas, maybe I make a list for him for Christmas!

^ you actually have to stop?!

Usually I can smell the store a few meters away!
I get way too sick when I go into that store seeing as they spray the perfume
every 5 seconds or so! lol

But then again maybe I'm just more sensitive to disliking their scents~

I've been using Maruiel by H2O for the past few years. (Kinda floraly?)
Though I like Clinique's Happy Heart (?) Haven't really added anything new to my mix.
So it's nice that everyone is sharing their smells^^

Have you tried Crystal by Channel?

Another vote for Jo Malone!! You can get it at Holt's.. I have about 12 bottles and mix and match every day. People always compliment me - the scents are incredible natural, sensual, and unique. You can wear them on their own, but mixing creates a signature scent.

If you want to try 2 for your first time out, I would recommend Nectarine Blossom & Honey and the Pomegranite Noir - these two together will knock your socks off!

Oh that's pretty interesting. Didn't realize it allows you to mix and match!
It's always nice to make something 'signature' for yourself
