| Warm but stylish sweater? |

As the cold weather quickly approaches, I've come to the realization that I need a much larger selection of nice, warm clothes!
I have long arms and for me the problem has always been finding sweaters with sleeves that are long enough! Can anyone recommend any stores that have some great sweaters available? Thanks! |

Banana Republic and Gap have a wonderful selection of sweaters and cardigans (which are so in this year!) and just pick any of the three-quarter-sleeve options and layer over a turtleneck you already own so sleeves won't be an issue!

I don't go in Banana Republic often but I will be sure to check it out, great idea on the 3/4 length sleeves - thanks!

I recently walked into SportChek at Yorkdale Mall ... maybe it was the dedicated section to women's clothing, maybe it was the layout or maybe SpotChek has invested in some new styles but I was quite happy with what I was seeing. I'm making a point to bring my girlfriend by some time soon because I think she'll find something warm for the winter.
For her and I, it's always about the label but more about the quality and style. If we like the look of it, we'll pretty much wear any label. |

You're quite tall, how about the Tall Girl stores? I am sure the fit will suit you more |

If you've got a little time on your hands, Winners usually goes through all types of sweaters all season long.

I second Banana Republic. Of course go for the sale item. Another store that I recommend is Tristan & America (wait...are they still around?!?) . Nut of course the outlet! They have much better style at the outlet than retail stores!

Another alternative is to go for a cardigan and "roll up your sleeves" if they're a little short, I have the opposite problem and roll up mine when they're too long, it also makes you look cool

I think Abercrombie, Hollister and AE have extra long arm lengths
