Yes they are! I see tons of people wearing them around nowadays. Especially, the chestnut colour short ones.

Are Uggs "in"? Depends on your definition. If you go out on the streets of Toronto, you can still see a plethora of girls and young women wearing them. Not sure if that says anything though. The average person's fashion sense is terrible. They are definitely not on one of the higher fashion tiers, that's for certain. But with that said, I EFFING LOVE UGGS. I don't care if a crapload of people say they're ugly or a fashion crime. I could care less. They're comfortable, super cute, and go with a lot of my outfits. So there

I think it depends on what look you are going for. If you are going around with jeans and are casual and you want something warm and cozy Uggs are great.

If you are trying to go ultra fashionista than Uggs don't work.

Lets face it Uggs aren;t fashionable. They are comfortable and warm. I have already started wearing mine again. SO COMFY
