I read somewhere a Coach outlet was opening in Ontario. Has anyone heard anything about it ?

I'm turned off by Coach outlets after almost buying a bag for my mom in Buffalo. The inside compartment did not have a leather zipper pull like my other Coach bags. I asked the associate if I could have a discount since it appears to be damaged and is not practical to pull open a zipper by a measly metal ring. She told me they make the bags for the outlets like that. Now that I know they make them specifically for the outlet it's a turn off.

Hi Coach fans: I recently had another question to send into Coach's website so I added a question re the Canadian outlets - and whether the outlets sold seconds. Am awaiting a reply and will share when it comes in. Did you know you can register your bags etc on their site and get email updates direct fom the company? Plus they have a list for all Canadian stores - none noted as outlets in Ontario on the list - yet.

I will look into this as well and see if I can get some insider information (I would LOVE a coach outlet too!)

The sales rep in Yorkdale and Eatons informed me the coach outlet will be open around April 2009 near Niagara falls (i'm thinking replacing the old one)
