How do you manage shopping budgets?

I guess firstly, DO you have a shopping budget? hehe...

I am finding it difficult to find a happy medium. I am either going way overboard and spending more than I should on clothes, or I am majorly holding back and hardly buying anything new!

How do you guys keep yourselves in check with your shopping?

I think you're just setting yourself up for disaster if you set a budget. I tend to always go over budget!

I shop about 3-4 times a week (uhm that is why I'm the editor of a shopping site) BUT I am a bargain shopper, so if I buy 3 shirts at $20 each, I'm still spending a lot less than a friend that buys one shirt for $100++
