Travel Hot Spot?

I'm hoping to plan a summer getaway (don't I post this every few weeks?).

Do I opt for a beach vacation where I can relax or do I jet off to Europe using some of the great Europe deals out there?

I'm the type of person that loves to see new sights and of course, I love a great shopping destination.

Advice?

If you are the type of person who enjoys sight seeing I would say Europe. There are a lot of deal for European flights, and even travel packages.

Now is the best time to travel.

I'd go to Europe if I had time. But that wouldn't be too relaxing if you're looking for relaxation.

My personal favourite vacations are cruises. Great shopping down in the islands too! St. Thomas has a great new shopping plaza just outside the pier called Yacht Haven. They have Gucci,, BCBG, LV stores and the best part is that it's tax free. St. Maarten has lots of jewellery and cheap liquor.

Maybe I'll incorporate a cruise and Europe with a Mediterranean cruise! They're only a week and I can relax on-board. The only remaining issue is my fear of flying (I travel abroad every year but that doesn't stop the fear

)
