1. To enter this contest, Scarlett forum users must respond to this “Respond to Enter! Chance to WIN Addition Elle Bra + Forever New Washing Powder!!” forum thread.
2. The contest will begin at 10:00AM EST on September 28, 2009 and ends at 11:59PM EST on October 12, 2009.
3. A purchase is not necessary to enter the contest.

*DRAWING & NOTIFICATION*
1. On October 13, 2009, one response will be randomly drawn from this “this “Respond to Enter! Chance to WIN Addition Elle Bra + Forever New Washing Powder!!” forum thread and the poster will win the Addition Elle bra and one year supply of Forever New Washing Powder. (Maximum 1 prize pack per person.)
2. The winner will be contacted by the e-mail address provided in his or her account. If the eligible entrant does not respond to the email within 7 days, he/she will be deemed to be no longer eligible to win the prize, and another entrant will be randomly selected from qualifying entries and the process of contacting a new selected entrant will be repeated.
3. In order to win, the selected entrant must first correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question.
4. After having been selected as the winner, the winner must provide their shipping address and name to receive their prize.

1. The contest is open to legal residents of Canada, who are residing in Canada. If a winner has not reached the age of majority in the province or territory in which they reside, the parent or guardian must claim the prize.
