We all deserve a break every now and then but come up with a million excuses to not take it – with expense being the top reason. No more excuses! Here are the top tips for enjoying “Me Time” on a no-guilt budget:
Spas
- Make “Me Time” party time! Gather your girlfriends and enjoy the discount of a group booking.
- Monthly promotions are a great way to indulge in special spa treatments.
- Think outside the spa. There are spas which come to your home (no baby-sitter required!)
Blend your expenses: some spas offer monthly “mommy days” with on-site complimentary babysitting during your treatment.
Theatre
- Matinées are the ticket to seeing a performance for less in the afternoon.
- Start a “theatre club” with your friends. Groups of 12 or more will benefit from the savings of a group booking.
